Hello to the Class of 72 and everyone else! If you missed the last reunion in Dallas, you missed a doozy--what fun we had seeing "old" friends and meeting new ones! And yes, I do mean you, Baby Road Kill! It's funny how this group of people is so special and unique, in that after all this time we are most willing to remember the past with cherished memories but accept the present as usually being better than ever! So many of my coworkers have found it strange that we don't have class reunions but school reunions. It makes perfect sense to ME! It was a time when we were free-wheelin' and often free lovin' people who could enjoy our peers, our peers' parents and our teachers. Spain seems to have generated very different high school situations than other military high schools, which is really pointed out when I meet other overseas brats. Please, class of 72, let's find those missing people. Grant, it's good to know you're still out there! See you in 99!

The general opinion among the c/o '89 seems to be a reunion in Palma de Mallorca. How many 89'ers out there plan on going? We need to set dates and reservations 'n stuff.
Anywho, drop me a line to talk reunion or whatever, c/o '89 or no. It's boring as hell in Japan so I'll talk about just about anything.

This is too cool! I talked with Ed Muri (c/o 90) yesterday and he told me about this website. I'm still searching for somebody I know. I moved to Zaragoza in July 1988 and lived there until December of 1990. I've been living in Tallahassee, Florida since then. I came here to go to FSU (noles #1) and ended up staying. I'm married now, thus the new last name, and am teaching high school English at Leon High School. I'd love to hear from anybody that remembers me!! Jerry Pflueger and I still keep in touch and would like to plan a get together some time soon for everybody that graduated in 1989-1991--perhaps in Daytona?? I thought everyone dropped off the map. I left ZAB my Junior year and moved to Alamogordo N.M. I meet up with a few girls from ZAB there. I still tell stories about Mr. Chavez and Ms. Kowalski. I am married now and I live in Ohio. I was there with my two sisters. Mary and Linda Keyser. I miss Spain. If anyone out there remembers me e-mail me.

Absolutely wonderful to discover this site!! It gives me a sense of roots. I'd love to connect back with my friends and fellow students at Zaragoza. I think I must have been the first graduating class. (do I still have a track record there??)

Hey, I lived in Zab, but I went to a Spanish school downtown called the English center, I think that is what it was called. Later I moved on but returned to Madird Spain from 84-87 and graduated there. I played football and soccer on the Red team for both. I knew the Rider's and McCaw's and the Cortez's. Well, I think I will make some home made Tapas. Hasta Luego tios...

I can't believe I found this website! I am living in Hampton, Virginia and so is my brother Jamie Edwards. I am married and teaching Intermediate Cross-Categorical Special Education (3rd-5th grade) I remember living in San Lamberto and on base. Please e-mail me if anyone remembers me! Happy last day of February!!! Just found this website -- Richard e-mailed me the address -- and I put a "lengthy" message in the APO mail site, so I won't repeat myself. Just to say HEY to everyone from the glorious year @ ZAB and hope adulthood hasn't shocked you as much as it has surprised me. I'm lovin' married life in Virginia and working for rocket scientists. And don't let my brother Richard fool you -- he not only get's paid for "rigging" stuff, he's gotten a lot of awards from the scientific community -- but then we always knew he was a brainiack! I've heard from Sharon Corack ..... can't remember her married name, Rick Woodhull, Bob Gibson, Mary Gregory, Mike Williams & family....so please feel free to e-mail me. Later all.

Hey!!...I finally found the site!... Lori Robbins (used to be) told me about it... lots of fond memories of Zaragoza.. Tito's band... hiking to the mountains... cheap wine... cute girls!... cute girls!... dorm life... trips to Barcelona... Mary's 7-layer cookies (my wife is still jealous!). I've only seen a few people since... Charlie Dertadian and I kept in touch for many years... lost track of him tho... Mike Williams went to the same college... got an INCREDIBLY long christmas note from Lori Robbins... talked to Gary Fredrickson on the phone once. What... huh... me.. ohhhh... well... I still take things apart.. but I get paid for it now (geesh.. what a concept)... and the only wrestling I do is with the kids (if I ever did anythng to offend or bother anyone, rest assured that my kids are paying me back 10-times). Yaya (remember her.. my sister... Babushka... well you probably knew her as Marya) is living in the same area... she's just getting online.. I'll tell her about the site... thanks for the memories... Hi to all my friends from ZAB!!! I hope all of you have had more great times since you left Zaragoza. I know I have some wonderful memories of my years spent there. I got married in 1986, and I now live in Fayetteville NC. I have two wonderful boys, ages 9yrs and 6 yrs. I am currently studying to be an RN, and I keep myself very busy. However, I am never too busy to hear from long lost dear friends...so PLEASE email me if you remember me!! I think of several of you often. Hello Everyone,
For those who dont remember,I am Kirk & Jeffs little brother. Id like to use this board and take the time to thank my "Bro's" and thier friends for the influence they've had on my life but the "Feds" have me doing 10 to 20 and my computer time is about up.....(not really). Hola mis amigos espanoles, voy a ver un viaje a espana esta verano. That is about all the spanish I can muster. I will be back in Spain this summer however, I will be going to Madrid and then south to my other spanish memories in Sevilla. I am interested to know of anyone who has been in Madrid/Sevilla recently and can share their reflections so I can prepare myself after almost 30 years being away.

Just found the sight (better late than never!) What a great idea! So many great memories of ZHS...so many wonderful people and super teachers. Teachers had such a positive effect...I joined the ranks...now teaching Bilingual 1st grade in Pennsylvania. Love using mi espanol todos los dias. Will make a reunion...one of these days. Looking for the Viveros brothers, Leamon and Paul and Audree Anderson. Rodney and Jacki Clark? Elena brothers? Jim Laurel? So many others. Hope you all had a blessed holiday.

Never to late to wish a Happy New Year to all my friends, class mates and teachers that I knew at ZAB.
It has been a long time since I had any contact with anyone Thanks to those special people out there that have been getting e-mail addresses and snail addresses of those who attended Zaragoza High School home of the Toros.
I hope that this year my wife and I are able to attend the reunion in TX. All those years that I stayed in ZAB after graduation, I wished that the reunions would have been in Spain.

Greetings to all ZAB Toros. I attended the "General Motors" school. I ran into some of you, 1980- 1984, at "Pago-Pago" "Scratch", "Flintstones" (Picapiedras), "Rose", "Laser", "Don Papagayos",
