I am back in Texas today arranging for the funeral of my brother who died yesterday afternoon. He'd had a long struggle with diabetes, which had taken his sight, his legs (stroke), and caused him to have dialysis three times a week. He died with my sister and brother in the room with him, so he was not alone.

Losing a sibling is indescribably difficult. Even with the preparation and rationalization that the quality of his life was not good will not adequately prepare you.

Anyway, if you are so inclined, please say a prayer for him and when given the opportunity, drink one for him, he would have appreciated that very much! He loved his time at ZHS!
